About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to drive the quality assurance strategy for a project built on a .NET Core 10 Web API backend and Angular 21 frontend. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the QA team in the development and execution of test strategies and plans.
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve quality issues early in the development process.
- Conduct performance, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Manage data migration testing and ensure data integrity.
- Mentor and train junior QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in quality assurance, with a strong focus on .NET Core and Angular applications.
- Proficiency in MS SQL Server and data migration processes.
- Experience in leading QA teams and projects, with at least 2-3 years in a lead capacity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience required: 8-12 years, including a minimum of 2-3 years in a lead role.
