About this role
The team is seeking a Quality Assurance Executive to join their team in Ahmedabad. This role is essential in ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. The QA Executive will report to the Senior Quality Specialist and will be responsible for maintaining quality assurance processes across all manufacturing sites within India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including standard operating procedures and quality manuals.
- Assist in the training of staff on quality assurance protocols and best practices.
- Analyze quality data and prepare reports to communicate findings to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using quality control tools and techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
