The team is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer II to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through rigorous testing and validation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with software developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on quality standards.
- Perform regression testing and maintain automated test suites to improve efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Proficiency in testing methodologies and tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar.
- Experience with automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
