The team is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join their team in Pune, India. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and reliability of their digital manufacturing solutions, which aim to revolutionize the manufacturing sector through automation and connectivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.
- Participate in design and code reviews to provide input on quality and testing considerations.
- Analyze test results and provide feedback to development teams to improve product quality.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and testing methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance and testing, preferably in a manufacturing or software development environment.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Familiarity with automation testing tools and frameworks is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or software testing.
