About this role
The team is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through rigorous testing and validation processes. You will work closely with developers and product managers to identify issues and improve the overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications.
- Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure software meets specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner.
- Document test results and provide feedback to the development team for continuous improvement.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of quality assurance best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience in software testing methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in automated testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing roles.
