The team is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Engineer to join their QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for formulating and writing comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases based on Engineering Requirement Documents (ERD). This role involves translating requirements into actionable test plans and cases while considering the target end user, environment, and performance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and document test plans and test strategies based on product requirements.
- Create detailed test cases that reflect end-user needs and system performance.
- Execute test plans and conduct thorough reviews of product documentation, including end-user documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to visualize user needs and enhance ERD.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring a high level of product quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in quality assurance and testing methodologies.
- Strong understanding of test planning and execution processes.
- Familiarity with ERD and PRD documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance and testing.
