This role requires a proactive individual who can analyze, test, and build tools to meet the data quality validation needs of the team. A strong QA mindset is essential, with the ability to create comprehensive test cases that verify data scenarios in alignment with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze data quality requirements and develop test strategies accordingly.
- Create and execute test cases to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Build tools and frameworks to automate testing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide QA support.
- Handle large data sets and perform data validation checks.
- Document testing processes and results for transparency and compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong programming knowledge, particularly in Python.
- Proficient in SQL with a solid understanding of database fundamentals.
- Experience with data quality validation and testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with handling large datasets and data processing tools.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance or a similar role.
