About this role
The team is building a secure, multi-tenant SaaS platform using Next.js and Node.js, deployed on the Cloudflare Edge ecosystem. They are seeking a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer who can adeptly blend manual testing with automated testing to ensure product quality. This role requires a deep understanding of edge-deployed, serverless applications and their unique failure modes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automated test frameworks for continuous integration.
- Conduct manual testing to identify potential issues and ensure product quality.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand application architecture and potential failure points.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to improve product reliability.
- Maintain and enhance existing test suites to cover new features and functionalities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in automation testing frameworks and tools.
- Strong experience with Next.js, Node.js, and Cloudflare technologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and testing in a serverless environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience in quality assurance and automation testing, with a focus on web applications.
