About this role
The team is seeking a QA Automation Engineer with extensive experience in software testing and a strong background in TestIM. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining automation frameworks, executing automated test suites, and ensuring high-quality software delivery through effective integration with CI/CD pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using TestIM.
- Automate smoke, regression, and performance tests to enhance software quality.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Integrate automation tests into CI/CD pipelines to streamline the testing process.
- Analyze test results and report defects, providing actionable insights to improve software quality.
- Stay updated with the latest testing tools and methodologies to enhance automation practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with TestIM.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in scripting languages and automation frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
