About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Azure Functions Developer with a strong background in Python and Azure API Management (APIM). The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining serverless applications and APIs on Microsoft Azure. This role requires a hands-on approach to developing Azure Functions, managing APIs, and integrating various Azure services with external applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement serverless applications using Azure Functions and Python.
- Manage and maintain APIs through Azure API Management (APIM).
- Integrate Azure services with external applications to ensure seamless functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Azure Functions and APIs.
- Develop and document REST APIs for internal and external use.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in Azure Functions development using Python.
- Experience with Azure API Management (APIM).
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
- Familiarity with Azure services and cloud architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Azure Functions development and related technologies.
