About this role
The team is seeking a skilled QE Consultant with expertise in Salesforce Testing to join their dynamic team. This role involves ensuring the quality and performance of Salesforce applications through rigorous testing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
- Perform regression testing and ensure that new features do not impact existing functionality.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Salesforce testing, including functional and non-functional testing.
- Proficiency in testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or similar.
- Familiarity with Salesforce platforms and APIs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in quality engineering and Salesforce testing.
