About this role
The team is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead for Functional and Automation Testing with a strong foundation in Agile processes and leadership abilities. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in functional testing and a minimum of 4 years of experience in automation using Java, C#, or JavaScript with Selenium.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the functional and automation testing efforts for various projects.
- Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies and objectives.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
- Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies throughout the testing process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in functional testing and automation tools, specifically Selenium.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or JavaScript.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proven leadership abilities with a proactive attitude toward learning and growth.
- Familiarity with Agile processes and methodologies.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in QA automation and functional testing.
