The team is seeking a QA Test Engineer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Core Java, object-oriented design, and demonstrate hands-on Java coding skills. You will thrive in a fast-paced Agile environment, actively participating in all agile ceremonies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that testing and QA are seamlessly integrated into the development process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimate test automation efforts and develop test plans.
- Communicate defects and issues effectively to the development team.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts.
- Execute manual and automated tests to ensure software quality.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to understand requirements and provide input on testing strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Core Java and object-oriented design principles.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Experience:
- 4-8 years in QA testing or related fields.
