About this role
The team is seeking a QA Sterile - Assistant Manager to oversee quality assurance processes within sterile manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will manage documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards while providing oversight in aseptic areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete lifecycle of all QA documents, including preparation, issuance, retrieval, and destruction of SOPs, Logbooks, BMRs, and BPRs.
- Maintain the documentation cell to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct line clearances and perform in-process checks to ensure product quality.
- Execute Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) inspections across general manufacturing, packing, and aseptic areas.
- Provide strict QA oversight during media fills and other critical processes in aseptic areas.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5-8 years of experience in quality assurance, specifically in sterile manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of QA documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with AQL inspections and in-process quality checks.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
