The team is seeking a QA - Software Testing professional to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products, contributing to the overall success of our solutions in helping clients achieve their financial health goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications.
- Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on software functionality.
- Conduct regression testing and ensure that software releases meet quality standards.
- Participate in code reviews and provide input on testability and quality improvements.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
