About this role
The team is seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead their quality assurance efforts in the software testing domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual and automation testing, with a particular focus on the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor QA teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and processes for various projects.
- Oversee the automation testing efforts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, and Appium.
- Ensure compliance with US healthcare standards including HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing into the CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
- Conduct API testing and ensure robust performance and security testing practices are in place.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in software testing, with at least 5 years in automation testing.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing QA teams.
- Strong expertise in test automation tools and programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with API testing and performance testing tools like JMeter.
