The team is a boutique consultancy specializing in IT professional services and engineering talent solutions. They are seeking experienced QA Engineers, SDETs, and Test Engineers to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing technical outputs, designing and executing test scenarios, identifying defects, and providing structured quality assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate technical outputs to ensure quality standards are met.
- Design and execute comprehensive test scenarios for various applications.
- Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve product quality and performance.
- Provide structured quality assessments and feedback to stakeholders.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in QA methodologies and testing techniques.
- Proficiency in automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit).
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience:
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in QA engineering or software testing.
