About this role
The team is seeking a skilled QA Engineer with expertise in Sterling OMS to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of various modules within Sterling OMS, including Order Management, Inventory, Fulfillment, and Shipping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test Sterling OMS modules to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test cases for Sterling OMS functionalities and custom workflows.
- Validate data flow across integrated systems such as ERP, SAP, and WMS.
- Perform hands-on SQL-based data validation within Sterling OMS databases.
- Conduct API testing and work with Sterling in-queues and out-queues.
- Track defects and issues using tools like JIRA.
- Troubleshoot Sterling OMS issues and provide support to the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Solid experience in QA testing, specifically with Sterling OMS.
- Proficient in SQL for data validation and testing.
- Familiarity with API testing methodologies.
- Experience with defect tracking tools, particularly JIRA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience:
- A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in QA testing, with a focus on Sterling OMS or similar systems.
