The team is seeking a dedicated QA Engineer to join their mission-driven team focused on electrification and decarbonization. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of products that contribute to reducing carbon emissions and promoting a sustainable future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various products.
- Identify, document, and track defects in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and design.
- Perform regression testing and validate fixes for reported issues.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on design and implementation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Experience with manual testing and QA methodologies.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
