About this role
The team is seeking a skilled QA Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of web and mobile eCommerce features. You will develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test suites to support various functionalities including catalog, search, cart, checkout, payments, promotions, orders, accounts, and Order Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases for eCommerce features.
- Perform Functional, UI/UX, API/integration, and Regression testing.
- Conduct backend verification to ensure data integrity and system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
- Document and track defects, and work with developers to ensure timely resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer with a focus on eCommerce applications.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Familiarity with API testing and backend verification processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Experience: 5-8 years in QA testing, preferably in eCommerce.
