About this role
The team is seeking QA (Automation Manual) Engineers who can own quality across the full stack - frontend, API, and backend. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing test strategies, building automation frameworks from scratch, and performing root cause analysis across layers. You will collaborate with developers and architects to ensure production-grade quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement test strategies for various applications.
- Build and maintain automation frameworks from the ground up.
- Conduct end-to-end manual testing for web applications and REST APIs.
- Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.
- Document test cases, test results, and defects in a clear and concise manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in both manual and automation testing.
- Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
- Strong understanding of web technologies and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in an Agile environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Experience: 3-5 years in QA testing roles, with a focus on automation and manual testing.
