About this role
The team is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications using Python, Selenium, and other automation tools. You will collaborate with developers to understand features and functionality to design effective test cases, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automated test scripts for web applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to gather requirements and understand application features.
- Integrate test automation into the CI/CD pipeline using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Create, execute, and maintain functional, regression, and end-to-end test cases across various browsers and devices.
- Monitor test execution results and report findings to the development team.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Python and experience with Selenium.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in creating and maintaining automated tests for web applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in QA automation or a related field.
