The team is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and readiness of their modernized Investment Calculation Services. This position combines deep data quality analysis, automation strategy, and domain knowledge development to support the transformation of core calculation and data platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data quality validation and root cause analysis using internal comparison tools to evaluate data quality, including accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Develop and implement automated testing strategies to enhance the efficiency of the QA process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Design, execute, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Identify, document, and track defects, and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements based on testing outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit).
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Familiarity with database technologies and SQL for data validation.
- Experience in financial services or investment domains is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in QA automation and data quality analysis.
