About this role
The team is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to lead quality assurance activities across application releases. The successful candidate will ensure that test coverage, quality gates, and release-readiness controls are consistently applied across enterprise digital products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate functional correctness, integration readiness, regression stability, and release quality for applications transitioning from MVP to production-grade platforms.
- Establish repeatable testing practices to enhance overall quality assurance processes.
- Support quality governance by implementing best practices in testing and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues throughout the development lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in QA automation tools and frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
- Experience with test management tools and bug tracking systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in quality assurance and automation testing.
