About this role
The team is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Automation Engineer III to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing test automation processes within both agile and waterfall methodologies for core application projects that significantly impact the care center, clients, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute automated test scripts to ensure software quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and coverage.
- Analyze test results and report defects to enhance product quality.
- Maintain and improve existing automation frameworks and tools.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and provide guidance on best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit).
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in QA automation engineering.
