The team is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer (SDET3) to join their dynamic team in Gurugram, Haryana. In this role, you will be instrumental in defining and implementing quality strategies throughout the product lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and other cross-functional teams to design effective testing approaches, build scalable automation frameworks, and ensure reliable product releases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement quality assurance strategies for various products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and design effective test plans.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
- Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and improvements.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
- Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to their professional development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in QA automation and software development lifecycle.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with automation tools and frameworks like Selenium, TestNG, or similar.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins or Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in QA automation or software development engineering in test (SDET).
