About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Quality Analyst (QA) with strong hands-on testing expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). The ideal candidate will have a solid track record in test planning, execution, defect management, and test automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for D365 F&O.
- Conduct functional and end-to-end ERP testing to ensure system integrity.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Implement and maintain test automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in QA methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience:
- 5-7 years of overall QA experience, with a focus on ERP systems.
