The team is seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of products through rigorous auditing and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit transactions to identify and rectify errors.
- Provide feedback and ensure errors are within acceptable limits.
- Analyze, create, and review quality reports in collaboration with the management team.
- Implement procedures and policies that guarantee error-free products.
- Conduct regular audits on the governance model.
- Audit processes for quality compliance, identify non-compliance issues, and implement action plans to close all non-compliance cases on time.
- Create and update process documentation that identifies hand-off points.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in quality assurance and auditing processes.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with quality compliance standards and procedures.
- Ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or a similar role.
