The team is seeking a QA Analyst to join their vibrant tech center in Hyderabad. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to technology innovation and enhance customer experiences through quality assurance practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
- Perform regression testing and ensure that software meets specified requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to developers.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Proficiency in testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or similar.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
