About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Python UI Test Engineer to join an international team focused on the design, development, and UI testing of microservice-based applications for the retail industry. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and testing website test specifications, setting up complex test environments, and debugging failures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop UI tests for retail industry applications using Python and Selenium.
- Create detailed test plans and test cases based on application requirements.
- Set up and maintain complex test environments to ensure accurate testing results.
- Identify, document, and track defects in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand application functionalities and provide feedback.
- Utilize the Air Test Framework to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Python programming and UI testing frameworks.
- Proficiency in using Selenium for automated testing.
- Familiarity with the Air Test Framework is mandatory.
- Experience in testing microservice-based applications is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international team environment.
Experience:
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in UI testing and automation.
