The team is seeking an innovative, mission-driven Python Technical Lead with strong backend engineering, data pipeline, design, and architecture experience. In this role, you will make a significant impact by designing and delivering AWS cloud-native solutions that enable analysts to forecast long- and short-term trends in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering teams in the development of robust backend solutions.
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines to process and analyze large datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and design.
- Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to enhance their skills and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in Python and experienced in backend development.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture.
- Experience with data pipeline frameworks and tools.
- Proven ability to design and implement complex systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in backend engineering and technical leadership roles.
