About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Python Software Developer with a strong background in performance testing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Performance Testing, particularly with LoadRunner, and will be proficient in gathering Nonfunctional Requirements (NFR).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement performance testing strategies for web applications and APIs.
- Execute performance tests and analyze results to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain scripts for various protocols, including custom coding.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure performance requirements are met throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Utilize monitoring tools such as New Relic, Sumologic, AppDynamics, and Dynatrace for real-time analysis and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in performance testing with LoadRunner.
- Strong scripting skills with a focus on web applications and APIs.
- Experience with multiple protocols and hands-on execution and analysis.
- Familiarity with NFR gathering and performance optimization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 to 9 years in software development and performance testing.
