The team is seeking a highly skilled Python Tech Lead to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in software development and demonstrate expertise in various technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical roadmap and drive the development of software projects.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Ensure best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Oversee the integration of AI/ML technologies into existing systems and new projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in Python frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, and Django.
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Familiarity with messaging systems such as Kafka.
- Proficient in cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP.
- Solid understanding of Linux environments, version control systems (VCS), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and projects.
Experience:
- 7-8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Python technologies and leadership roles.
