The team is seeking a skilled Python Full Stack Developer with expertise in React.js to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, demonstrating leadership capabilities in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Python and React.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Lead the development process and mentor junior developers.
- Ensure code quality through best practices and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of experience in software development.
- Minimum 4 years of experience with Python.
- At least 2 years of experience with React.js and REST frameworks.
- Strong understanding of web technologies and architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) with a minimum of 60-65% marks.
