About this role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer to join the team’s team and help build and maintain large-scale applications. This role combines deep technical expertise with system architecture and leadership capabilities, particularly in the automation domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Python automation solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Maintain and improve existing applications and automation frameworks.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to junior developers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Python and experience with Python automation frameworks such as Robot Framework.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and its application in automation processes.
- Experience in the Telecom, Networking, NMS, or EMS domains.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to changing requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Python development and automation.
