About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Python API with DevOps Developer to join their team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain APIs using Python while implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines. You will also be responsible for managing and deploying applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop robust APIs using Python.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline development processes.
- Manage and deploy applications in containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments to ensure system reliability.
- Automate and improve development processes for efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain system performance and availability.
- Implement and enforce security best practices across all development activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Python and API development.
- Proficiency in DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for application deployment.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and debugging in production environments.
- Understanding of security best practices in software development.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Python development and DevOps practices.
