About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Proposal Analyst with a strong background in technical writing and Salesforce knowledge. The ideal candidate will support the development of technical documentation, RFP/RFI responses, and client-facing proposals. You will be responsible for translating complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain technical documentation that aligns with project requirements.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and insights for proposals.
- Write and edit RFP/RFI responses to ensure clarity and compliance with client specifications.
- Create engaging client-facing proposals that effectively communicate value propositions.
- Review and revise documents for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Stay updated on Salesforce features and best practices to enhance documentation quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in technical writing, preferably in a proposal development context.
- Proficient knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and its functionalities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with proposal management tools and documentation software.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in technical writing and proposal development.
