The team is seeking a Project Manager for Software Engineering to lead and manage software development projects within the GCC region. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in software engineering and project management, capable of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of software projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet client requirements and expectations.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and resources effectively, mitigating risks and addressing issues as they arise.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and provide regular updates on progress and challenges.
- Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging team members to contribute ideas and solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management within the software engineering domain.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in project management, particularly in software engineering projects.
