About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to join their team in Navi Mumbai. This hybrid role requires a strong background in project management within the insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end RPA projects, leading a team of 5-6 members.
- Create and maintain essential project documentation including project charters, project plans, requirements documents, communication plans, test plans, release plans, and technical specifications.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project team members to ensure alignment and address any issues.
- Implement best practices in project management and RPA methodologies to enhance project efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on RPA.
- Proven experience in the insurance domain is essential.
- Strong documentation skills with at least 2 years of experience in creating and maintaining project-related documents.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant project management experience.
