The team is seeking a Software Project Lead for their Product & Platform Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing software development projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time. You will lead a team of developers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage software development projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Monitor project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and project management methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software development and project management.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development and project leadership.
