The team is seeking a senior professional for the role of Project Lead/Engineering Manager specializing in Java. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building scalable, high-performance applications and a strong background in Java and Spring Boot.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize enterprise solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
- Leverage GraphQL for efficient data fetching and integration.
- Utilize AWS cloud-native services to enhance application performance and reliability.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and CloudFormation for secure and scalable deployments.
- Lead a team of engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure best practices in software development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with GraphQL.
- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud-native services.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Proven experience in leading software development projects and teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience: 5-8 years in software development and project management.
