About this role
The team is seeking a Programme Manager for Product & Programme Development to join their team remotely in India. This role is pivotal in transforming existing programme components into structured, repeatable, and scalable products. The ideal candidate will ensure that all Venture Partners and Sprint Operators can consistently execute these programmes with defined scopes and delivery formats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create comprehensive playbooks for each sprint type to maintain high delivery quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and refine programme components for scalability.
- Develop and implement strategies for effective programme execution across multiple hubs.
- Monitor and evaluate programme outcomes, making adjustments as necessary to improve effectiveness.
- Facilitate training sessions for Venture Partners and Sprint Operators on new processes and tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in programme management or product development.
- Strong understanding of programme design and implementation methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in programme management or product development.
