About this role
The team is seeking a Program Manager - Software to contribute to portfolio-level prioritization and planning across their UCAS products. This role is essential for ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer commitments, and engineering capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate delivery across multiple UCAS products and concurrent releases.
- Own and coordinate Business Opportunity Calculator (BOC) activities, including business case development, financial forecasting, and governance reviews.
- Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to ensure project clarity and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and delivery.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in program management within the software industry.
- Proven track record of managing software development projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze complex business cases and provide strategic recommendations.
