About this role
The team is seeking a Production Support Engineer to join their critical team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that deployed applications function correctly and efficiently, while also managing incidents and problems that arise in the production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide application support to ensure optimal performance of deployed applications.
- Conduct analysis, investigation, diagnosis, and problem-solving to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Support testing and oversee the release process for production fixes and changes.
- Facilitate smooth transitions from project support to production environments.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement solutions and improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in application support and incident management.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with release and change management processes.
- Experience with service transition practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years in a production support or application support role.
