The team is seeking a Production Support Developer to join their team. This role is essential for monitoring ETL jobs across a multi-domain enterprise data warehouse, ensuring that data is delivered on-time and accurately. The successful candidate will own the resolution of any issues that arise and will be responsible for documenting proper root cause analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain ETL jobs to ensure timely and accurate data delivery.
- Diagnose and resolve application issues to optimize performance and usability for system users.
- Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Accountable for executing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly operational tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in ETL processes and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and practices.
- Familiarity with SQL and database management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
