The team is seeking a Production Support Developer to provide critical support and troubleshooting for .NET applications. The ideal candidate will resolve technical issues efficiently to ensure minimal downtime, collaborating closely with development teams to understand application architecture, functionality, and dependencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and troubleshooting for .NET applications.
- Debug and diagnose issues within the .NET codebase using C# and VB.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand application architecture and functionality.
- Perform database queries and optimizations using SQL to enhance application performance.
- Document issues and solutions to improve knowledge sharing within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in .NET framework, C#, and VB.
- Proficient in SQL for database queries and optimization.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in production support or application development.
