Key Responsibilities:
- Provide production support for applications and systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Linux environments and Oracle databases.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and implement improvements in system performance.
- Monitor system health and performance metrics, ensuring timely responses to alerts and incidents.
- Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Linux administration and troubleshooting.
- Good working knowledge of Oracle Database, including query optimization and performance tuning.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Bash or Python for automation tasks.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in production support roles.
