In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our platform and providing exceptional support to the team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance the user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients using our platform, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify and resolve platform-related bugs and improve functionality.
- Develop and maintain documentation for support processes and troubleshooting guides.
- Conduct training sessions for clients to help them maximize the use of our platform.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in product support, technical support, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based platforms and customer engagement technologies.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with tools such as SQL, APIs, and customer support software is a plus.
