The team is seeking a Product Implementation Consultant who will be responsible for owning and executing consulting projects for Fortune 1000 clients. This role is ideal for candidates looking to transition from a coding or testing background into a client-facing techno-functional position, ultimately leading to a fully functional consulting role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize technical knowledge to bridge the gap between technology and client requirements.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients on product functionalities.
- Analyze project outcomes and implement improvements based on client feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational background from premier institutes such as IIT, NIT, BITS, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in consulting, project management, or a related field.
