About this role
The team is seeking a Product Engineering Lead to oversee the development and maintenance of microservices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot, and will play a key role in both the design and architecture of new and existing microservices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain microservices using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
- Enhance current systems utilizing Spring and Struts frameworks.
- Implement RESTful web services and APIs to support various applications.
- Write high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Java and experience with Spring and Spring Boot.
- Familiarity with Struts frameworks.
- Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable code.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in software development, particularly in microservices architecture.
